Everything went amazing! The area was clean and quiet, the staff was efficient, and the location is very easy to get to on bus.

Moving to counterless + employee free lobby is not smart not comfortable. Check in progress is tedious and requires a internet connection.

To begin I liked that this property is in close proximity to Lumen Fiels and TMobile Park. It was a little confusing finding the front door but I liked the contactless check in. For a small fee I was able to get in early but couldn’t get a late checkout. But a little more about the few things I disliked. There was no access to the roof patio and Tacolista was closed both nights and there were a couple minor things. Bed was hard, toilet paper holder kept falling off. Shower was overflowing and was constantly cleaning up water. They provided ear plugs but it’s definitely a noisy neighborhood. Wasn’t able to comfortably access the loft. Struggled to keep a consistent warm temp. But otherwise clean, safe place to stay.
