Stayed in Seattle for a week and these apartments were ideal with their wee kitchen and a nice living space. The site is new so all in good condition and my apartment was very clean. The building is a nice old repurposed building sandwiched between bigger buildings so don’t expect lots of sun light. Also, the neighbourhood can get busy on sports days and some evenings so it was quiet most but not all evenings. Any noise didn’t bother me though. Pioneer Square is about 20 mins walk or a couple of stops on the light rail from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Like so many cities parts of Seattle are a little run down but overall it’s a great city and the waterfront has really been redesigned well. Make sure to take a ferry to one of the beautiful Islands!

Best for the young

Everything was great as hotels go. CON: Wasn't happy this the bathroom sink. I hit my head on the iron shelf as the sink is narrow and you can't wash in it easily. Ladder to loft very steep. The pull out couch was not comfortable. The elevator was out and we had to lug our heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Not easy for 70-75 yr old's.

The room and amenities were great. The kitchenette was well stocked. BUT- the elevator (only one) was broken. We had to drag/carry 5 pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs; 3 of those were full size pieces. It was exhausting and obviously inconvenient. I’m not sure what I would have done if I had ADA needs. The staircase to the “loft” was very steep. If you struggle with balance, this will be a problem.

It was nice, but a few issues. Things like lose books on the toilet seat. Some random "parts" laying near the loft bed. Just felt a lttle janky. Overall, a decent experience. For a Marriott property, it felt a little lacking for the price point.

We stayed here last minute for a concert nearby and the only negative thing I have to report is that parking is SO frustrating. They give you an address for a nearby service parking lot, but it leads to an empty alleyway. We drove around for a literal hour looking for overnight parking before we finally found it at 111 Columbia St.

Fairly quiet, except some obnoxious vehicle revving noises and inconsiderate guest pouncing around in the early morning hours on the floor above. Comfortable space, very comfy bed and pillows with a really cool kitchen and bath. Has a white noise sound device instead of a silly alarm clock. Mobile access(doors,locks)worked surprisingly well. Location is exceptional for those who love to walk. Close to a train station which easily gets you to the airport. Not much of a view from the rooftop. Food residue in the refrigerator, hence four stars.

Location was great for easy access to waterfront, buses, trams. The terrace was lovely too with great views over downtown Seattle. Property condition pretty bad: the window was literally broken and could not closed properly. No chairs available despite having a nice kitchen and the bed frame was incredibly noisy. Bathroom decoration very amateurish: I could do a better job and that's not my industry.

Disappointment For the Amt of $

Room was a lot smaller than it was portrayed to be from the photos. The loft felt a bit dangerous without a railing or wall between the bed and the drop to the main floor. The couch sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever felt. We could feel every inch of the springs so we ended just putting one adultperson on the couch and 3 other adults on the queen sized bed. No one slept comfortably. It was a disappointment that the rooftop deck closed at 10pm. After finding out that the room was so small after we checked in we were looking forward to sitting on the patio for more space only to find out that it was closed.

Room was clean and location was good in relation to Lumen Field; however, the parking situation is horrid and the site failed to mention that our bed was 15 feet in the air with steep metal ladder to get to it. No reception was odd but the lockers to hold your stuff at checkout was clutch. Before you book just know that the bed is not on floor level
