Spectacular Staff!

Pictures do not give any justice to the actual beauty of this hotel once inside! Beautiful natural ambiance with wonderful views of the Seattle Skyline! The staff was super friendly and sometimes funny. The ability to enjoy a soaking tub while looking at an amazing city view was priceless! There is a Starbucks within 2ft, and Whole Foods is literally a few yards away. The walk to Space Needle is only 14 minutes, Pike Place Market only 18 minutes and downtown shopping only 20 minutes! The only downside I experienced from this Hotel was that they don’t have cookies as desert!

Rested in Seattle

Our stay here was awesome and Kitt at the front desk was so helpful, friendly and professional. She suggested many things for us to do- provided a map and circled the highlights! The wholefoods and Starbucks downstairs was so convenient.

Great hotel location

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The free car that was offered within a 2 mile arduous was fantastic! The room was clean, but they did not clean our room in the second day. We were across from a construction zone, so the view was not great, but the insulation of the hotel kept the noise to a minimum.

Wonderful hotel with the worst bed ever

Pros: Location, staff, decor, amenities, the view, and literally everything but the bed were amazing. The bed was like a rock.
Cons: Softer beds.
Location: Everything a tourist could want to do in Seattle is within walking distance!
Excellent hotel with impeccable service, great finishes and decor, excellent value for money in literally everything but the bed. The bed was hands down the hardest, most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, and I normally love a firm mattress. It's a shame, because everything else was amazing.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your stay with us! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the service, decor and location. We are sorry to hear that the bed was too hard for your liking. We do offer feather toppers that can be added to any bed upon request to make the bed softer. We would be more than happy to provide that to you if you decide to stay with us again! Best Regards, Fiona Whalen, Manager on Duty

Fabulous service!

We were pleased with every aspect of our stay!  We arrived VERY early (6:00 a.m.) on a red-eye flight.  We were apprehensive about the possibility of such an early-arrival check-in, but they never hesitated.  We were happily installed in our room 15 minutes later.  Unbelievable.
