When evening arrives, the string lights come on. Gather around the fire pit, BBQ on your private covered patio, or head down to the creek for a quiet end to the day.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real meals, whether you’re making breakfast before exploring Seattle or settling in for a longer stay.

You’ll also have fast WiFi, air conditioning, heating, portable fans and a full-size washer and dryer, making the home equally comfortable for a weekend or an extended stay.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, children’s books, toys and games.

Good to Know Before You Book 🌲

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when booking. Here are a few important details about the home and our policies.

🚗 Parking, EV Charging & Security
Free on-site and street parking are available, along with complimentary overnight Level 1 EV charging.

Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces.

🐾 Bringing a Dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay, and proof of current vaccinations and flea/tick protection is required before arrival. Our fully fenced shared backyard is great for pets and children.

🏡 About the Property
This is the private upper level of a duplex with its own entrance, private deck and BBQ area. The fenced backyard, fire pit and creekside spaces are shared with guests in the lower home.

We’re surrounded by Pacific Northwest nature. Although we use environmentally friendly monthly pest control, you may occasionally encounter birds, squirrels or insects.

With advance notice, we’re happy to provide a shower chair, toilet riser and grab bars.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Check-in: 4:00–10:00 PM
• Checkout: Before 11:00 AM
• Early arrival or late checkout may be available with advance approval. The first hour is complimentary; additional time is $25/hour.

📋 Required Within 24 Hours of Booking
To finalize your reservation, guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, Rental Conditions and identity verification within 24 hours of booking. A government-issued photo ID is required for every reservation.

Same-day reservations require additional verification, including a matching credit card, government-issued ID and selfie holding both.

Noise, smoke and occupancy monitoring devices help us protect the property and maintain a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.

📅 Staying 30+ Nights?
Extended stays require a rental lease and refundable security deposit. Rates may vary based on season, length of stay and lease terms.
