The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game or to relax by the outdoor fire pits. Our pool and spa building is still under construction.

Our Favorite Place in Seaside
We love this property and look forward to our stay anytime we are in Seaside. It's very clean, close enough to the downtown area while still being removed from the crowds and the amenities are great!

Great clean place
We golfed at gearhart links so it was a great location. The kitchen was small but very nice. The space was perfect for us and another couple. We had the pond view house which was awesome and felt private even though when you drive in you’re right off 101.

Was disappointed in the rug not being clean. I have pictures if you desire. Really liked the place. But the “homeless” people being in the woods behind the pond were a bit scary. Would be very uncomfortable if we were out at night. Then we asked for 1 hour extra for checkout and cleaners walked in at 9:53.

Loved it!!
This property was the perfect home base from Excellent style, functionality cleanliness, location. The kitchen was well equipped and the open shelving made items very easy to find. We found the square footage adequate for our my husband and I, our two teen daughters and our golden retriever. The property was a short walk to the prom. It was situated on a pond with a short trail that was convenient for the dog.

We enjoyed our stay at The Commons Pond View! The property was cleaned and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and the communication with the management was excellent. The ONLY thing we would change, would be to add a small washer/dryer to the unit. We will be back another time!
