Couch had stains on it pillows hard as rocks.Bird poop all over railings .Tried to make us pay for drinks at pool said we can not bring our own in nothing in the rules before you book drinks way to expensive.No towels at beach always out of towels at pool. The room was fine. It was large and clean. The hotel in general was underwhelming. It was mostly little things like the lamps behind the front desk were not turned on, and the shades were crooked. Nail holes from previous wall art remained in the walls. Furniture was worn. The female front desk staff was mostly unfriendly, not even looking up to smile or greet us when we walked by. Like I said...it was OK. Not impressive.

No beach view. the place is definitely in need of TLC. I used 3 toilets and all had broken toilet seats or no seat. Everyday lots of people were waiting in the lobby to get into their rooms or had to check out and waiting for flights. They should make their lobby area more user friendly for folks waiting around - tables to work, etc. The speaker on the pool area was buzzing in and out - super obnoxious. Everywhere there is evidence of poor upkeep and cleanliness.

The person that checked us in, Anthony, had the posturing of someone that didn’t care if he accommodated your stay in the least bit. Said they would call us when the room was ready and never did. No towels available at the pool. Emma and Pierre had more of a welcoming attitude and may accommodate you. Pierre was helpful and friendly. The room was nice - except phone didn’t work and instructions for TV would’ve been helpful. Workout room extremely small with only one treadmill, zero elliptical and no room to move around. No coffee in lobby - had to go around the corner to the coffee shop. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I was never informed of our amenities upon check in I feel like I could’ve saved money if I was informed correctly. I actually rented beach chairs from another beachfront hotel because I didn’t know my booking came with beach chairs which I was later informed by another guest.

Our room on the PH floor was very nice. This property is not on the beach as advertised. Its about a 1 block walk. Beach towels and chairs were provided which was very nice. The beach was beautiful. Rooftop pool and bar was also very nice. We had breakfast at the Orange Blossom in the hotel and it was very good. I would for sure go back.
