"I booked this at the last minute, and I very much enjoyed my stay. I definitely plan on returning. Everything was very clean and communication with the hosts was top notch. Appliances were in great shape and easy to use. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed the close walking paths. Overall, this is a really nice home away from home, and not just a sterile rental. Thank you John and Carmen!"

"Fantastic stay and host was very communicative if we had any questions. We never stay at the same place twice but this may be the exception. For a family of 5, there was more than enough room and the heated pool was warm enough to swim in the middle of February (We are from Michigan so that may a difference maker not sure). The location is safe and pretty much within 30min of everything you would need. The San Tan Mountain park is like 15min away and the Olive Mill is right down the road. Quiet neighborhood and scenic drives were nice. Even the little things like some extra dishwasher and laundry pods came in super handy. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a family."
