Come relax and unwind in the beautiful San Tan Desert! This home has just been through many changes and upgrades! The brand new pool in the backyard is the most exciting! This is a heated private pool that you could be relaxing in and next to with your friends and family!
The backyard has seating for 6 people at the outside table and there is seating for 4 more people on the benches.

Free WiFi and Free wireless internet
Cox cable and High Speed internet are provided for your use!

Living room has a Queen Size pullout couch

The den does have a set of double doors along with a single door to the living room. There is not a closet in this room but it is nice to have privacy when the doors are shut.

Pool can be heated for additional fee. $350 for up to 7 days plus $50/per day afterwards.

The house was clean and mostly well stocked. Odd to not have soap dispensers in the showers; we stay in a lot of rentals and this is the first one that didn’t have body soap. Beds were okay, but that is very personal, so others might find them great. The pool was fantastic. We paid to have it heated, and it was comfortable, even in the evenings, which was a surprising treat. Would stay again!

The house was super clean, there was enough essentials provided, the beds were super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows, the backyard was so nice and relaxing with good patio lighting. This was probably one of the best stays we have had on VRBO. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. We opted not to heat the pool, but next time i definitely think it would be worth it.

My husband and I enjoyed this place very much. Perfectly stocked with everything that you could need. Stayed for a week but wish we could’ve stayed more! Loved the outdoor area and pool, it was a relaxing getaway for 2 from South Dakota. Only downside and to no fault of the owner is the traffic can get very heavy during the school zones

Rooms were comfortable, Love the set up, great for families! The large shallow area was great for our twin 3 1/2 year olds to play safely in. Lots of fun pool toys and a wide range of lifejacket sizes so I didn't need to worry about bringing ours on the plane! Check in was simple, house was clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

San Tan Valley Charmer

Four of us gals stayed in this fabulous San Tan Valley home while in Arizona for a bridal shower. The house was very comfortable and roomy. All four of us had our own rooms/personal space. We took advantage of the pool on Saturday afternoon which made the 102 degree temp much more manageable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
