Room was clean, spacious, loved the light in the room. Friendly staff, helped us with transport to airport and advised we should leave early because of the city marathon. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely set. Definitely recommend this hotel for stays at downtown San Jose.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The interior of the property is beautiful. It's like a mini oasis. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was incredible! If I'm ever in the area again, I know where I'm staying.
