We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Floresco! Mindy and Ian were so friendly and welcoming; Mindy even left us a personal note with a bottle of local wine and lemons from their tree. The villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The view of the canyon out to the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. We were sad that we had only booked one night and had to continue on our trip. Next time we will stay longer! Definitely recommend.

SB Wedding weekend

This was a fantastic place for my husband and I to stay while attending a family wedding. The check in instructions were spot on. The studio is beautiful, very warm and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. We highly recommend as a great place to getaway.

Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck.

A beautiful space with many small details thoughtfully curated by the owner to make this an extraordinarily charming and cozy space. We were here to drop our daughter off at college, so we didn't spend much time in the space, but the host was fantastic and accommodating. Would definitely rent from her again. It's very quite, with a dark, starlit night sky and a serene view with a cute balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The host left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.
