Absolutely terrible experience. A man looked through my bathroom window while I was inside undress, and when I reported it, the staff showed no urgency or concern for my safety. I was the one who had ask to be moved, and instead of making it right, they downgraded my room to an old and hot room. The next day the GM later offered some compensation, but the real issue was never about money it was about safety. I couldn’t sleep the first night, I felt unsafe the entire stay, and the night staff were rude and dismissive. For the amount I paid, this was unacceptable. I will never stay at a Best Western Plus again.

Very big room with separate living room and dining area. Actually very similar to one-bed and two bedroom apartments. Check in and check out are a breeze process. Building is a bit on older side but is well kept. Within10 mins driive to major attrations in town. Overall good experience.

Clean & clutter free rooms. The pool was lukewarm yet refreshing temperature. Aviary was clean and it was a nice surprise to be able to admire all the finches in their home.

Hidden Gem Whilst booking I was unsure about whether to stay here as Best Western do not have the best reputation in the UK. If only they were like this property. The rooms are spacious, clean with enormous, comfortable beds and facilities. From check in to check out, everything was simple and easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds clean and tidy with outdoor spaces to meet and relax. I would 100% stay here again if I found myself in the Santa Barbara area.

You can find parking right by your unit; bedrooms are nicely appointed- appreciate the separate rooms for the king and queen beds. Kitchen was awesome. Not walkable to main streets with restaurants but the restaurant onsite had good food.

The room was nice enough but quite dark. There was some construction on or next to the hotel. The breakfast could have been a bit better. Pancake machine did not operate properly and "scrambled" eggs were just one block of cooked eggs.
