Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In: All guests are required to complete a mandatory online check-in prior to arrival. This step is required before we’re able to share your check-in details, including access instructions. For security reasons, failure to complete the online check-in may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for all guests and must be presented at reception upon arrival.
Welcome to Sea Sunrise, a beautifully updated 7th-floor condo designed for comfort and convenience. The space features a king-size bed with crisp linens, plush pillows, and serene lagoon views. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy spectacular east-facing sunrises over Laguna del Condado, where you may spot manatees and stingrays in the calm waters below.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A granite breakfast bar with seating provides a comfortable dining or remote work space with high-speed Wi-Fi.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, single vanity, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience (laundry detergent not provided).
Guests enjoy access to Condado Lagoon Villas amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, fitness center, concierge services, and 24-hour security. The complex is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure comfort during potential service interruptions.

Security Deposit: A refundable $150 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional charges are identified.
Starter Kit: Travel-size toiletries, 1 towel per guest, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, and 1 bottle of dish soap are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay.

The place is perfect! Spotless, great view, walking distance to some very good spots to get coffee, bars, and restaurants. Couple minute Uber ride to old San Juan and to the cruise port.

Perfect rental for anniversary trip!
Perfect studio rental for the hubs & I to celebrate our 10th anniversary! The view from the 7th floor into the lagoon allowed us to easily see not only sea turtles swimming around but also MANATEES! The rental had everything we needed & in a great location close to beaches & Ole San Juan. We parked at the Normandie lot for 8 overnight & it was about 5 minutes to walk back & forth. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for towels, as there are none. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great view and location but noisy
The room has a really nice view and the location is great if you want to be walking distance to the beach and explore condado.
The kitchen has cooking supplies and communication with the listing manager was great.
That's it for the pros. For the cons it can be noisy. I didn't realize that the doors that you see in the pictures on each wall are double doors shared with the apartments nextdoor thus you can basically hear every argument, every sex session that they might have plus if they happen to be smoking weed like our neighbors you will get the smell in your apartment as well.
The pool was nice but the gym had a broken treadmill (the only one) so there's not much for amenities. The mattress looked clean but not very comfortable. The wifi is slow at times, during the day it would be between 1-5Mbps and at night it will be at most 15Mbps so if you plan to work from home like we did I do not recommend it. Overall I would give it a 3.5 because the view is great and the room/studio has all you need but it isn't very relaxing to be woken up by the staff on the hallway or loud neighbors.

Great location
The front door had a piece of rubber lining preventing the door from automatically closing. The bed was very uncomfortable! We also checked it for any bugs and noticed the box spring was very dirty. We weren’t happy when we seen this. The address was given to us incorrectly in one of our correspondences with the owner so it was hard for the ride share to navigate to the property. I couldn’t find the blow dryer. I seen it as we were leaving. Everything else was fine. The noise between doors and whatever else was loud and we were constantly waken up by the noise in the hallway. The view was beautiful and the condo itself was nice. We utilized the hotel next door amenities which helped a lot. Overall it was a nice stay and the location was great! If the bed was completely changed out we would stay here again!
