Villa Alegria was lovingly created by owners and impeccably appointed by the same designer as the house.
We have three apartments in this property. You are renting the downstairs apartment in the back.

The 300 square-foot, 1-bedroom apartment is inspired by local architecture and rich with all of today’s modern conveniences featuring:
- a comfortable queen bed
- equipped kitchen
- bathroor with hot water, hair dryer and toiletries for the first night

You also have access to the apartment front terrace, the washer and dryer machines in the back, shared pool and shared driveway to park 1 car.

Beach chairs and coolers available in the property for all guests. Use is in a first come and first serve basis.

Quiet hours 9 pm to 9 am are enforced and pool hours are 9am to 9 pm.

Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach, which is a quick 5-block walk.

Quiet hours on site will start from 9 PM to 9 AM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE your listing, the police, and health departments will appear if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
