Ady was helpful throughout the stay. It's a very nice unit on the 2nd floor. Very quiet and lots of space. Since it's on the 2nd floor easy to get up and down without having to wait for an elevator. Very convenient to the convention center (especially quick if you cut through the parking garage, although I only did that during daytime hours). Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Ady’s so responsive - literally within 2 minutes of my message each time! The bedroom was bigger than in the photos, and the place itself is so convenient to the convention center and walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store in Miramar. The check-in process was easy, and there is someone in the lobby at night to let you in, safety felt like a priority even though the neighborhood and building both felt very safe. Thank you! I’m not sure why VRBO is asking me to rate the national park experience as I didn’t book that or mention anything about that, though so please disregard that rating. It just made me fill it out to move forward with the review.

What I didn’t like was everything from no hot water in the bathroom sink to the peeling paint on the furniture to the electronic lock on the door which only worked after 15 tries !!!! I could go on and on !!!!

The condo was real good located, have everything we need, have a parking, was quiet, clean and Adia was a really good hostess, she always answer my calls or text. Not complain about anything, we can reserved again whe we coming back to Puerto Rico

I’m not staying again

Well just to say it was not clean When I got to the property at all I came After my check on so they had plenty of Time to clean also the kitchen sink was stopped up due to building problem I couldn’t wash dishes or cooked glad I had family in the area so I was able to go to their house and eat And took my plates to wash them and family member yes the owner always stay in touch but she couldn’t even give me my money back I only had 3 days left and wanted the remaining of what I paid 🥺
