Convenience to the Pier without the traffic was perfect. Loved the fire pits outside. Rooms are a bit outdated, not the most comfortable beds, and bathroom is small. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Good location. Upgraded from queen to king at check-in. Breakfast was much more than usual hotel offering and the staff worked very hard to keep it replenished and hot. Rooms could use more soundproofing- loud above, and could hear conversation in next room. Bed was comfortable. I’m Loved the seating areas with fire pits out front! Lobby bar bartender was slow and not very friendly or welcoming, so that was a bummer. But overall a good stay!

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. There is a Trader Joe's and 7-Eleven right around the corner for last-minute items. The staff was very friendly, and the pool area was great. The free breakfast was also fantastic. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Francisco.
