I travel often on business. When I arrived, in addition to the facility fee (which I expected), they demanded a $300 deposit (which I didn't expect) -- and which they promised would be refunded upon check-out. At check-out they would not give me a receipt showing that the refund was due but promised that it would be issued promptly, no more than three business days. After 10 days and no refund I called the hotel, and management made excuses, saying they've had "problems with their system." They said it could take "another week or so." This has never happened in all my years of travel. It is utterly unacceptable, and it's the reason for the first one-star rating I have ever given.

Great location. Close proximity to waterfront and restaurants. Across the street from tower tours... Greta package to Napa and Sonoma Valley!

They charge70 dollars to park. They could not find my reservations. Took 45 mins just to check in. Toilet is not secure to the ground. A/C unit started having a knocking noice at 5:30 in the morning. Very clean, nice staff. Wish i didn’t have the issues in the beginning.

I would rate the property a 4 star. The reason not a 5 star is that the bathroom was really small. Otherwise the hotel is clean, updated, beautifully decorated and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I would have preferred an interior room facing the court yard not the HVAC equipment or public bus terminal. Suggestion - Paint the roof or cover it with something nice to look at. Overall a great experience.
