Cleanliness and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Only negative was that we were on first floor by the road which was very, very noisy all night. Another family member was by the entrance to the hallway. They kept hearing the banging of the door opening and closing.

If you’re interested in staying at a hotel with hospitality, timely customer service, doors that reach the floor, windows that block out sound, amenities beyond basics, and a comfortable bed, look elsewhere. The hotel was busy, showing they do a good job advertising, but the long lines and lack of customer service left us wishing we stayed somewhere else.

The location was good, however the shower head was pretty bad. The buffet had a good spread but could have used more vegetarian options (Not just veggies and salads). The buffet staff was not friendly at all.
