The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 AM. Housekeeping typically arrives promptly at 10:00-10:15 AM. Please wash and put away all dishes. Remove all personal food items from refrigerator and cabinets.
Take out all trash and recyclables to the outdoor containers (right of front porch). Remember to log off of any personal streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) from home smart TV.
Turn off all lights/fans/heaters. Let me know if there were any issues during your stay - or if any items require my attention. Thanks for entrusting us with your accommodations. Safe travels!

Rodney was a great host, offered a lot of extra tips to enjoy the area. The cottage was lovely, it has everything we needed to enjoy some relaxing beach time. We loved staying at Rodney’s. The space was just pristine, both inside and out. Quiet neighborhood in a great location and close to downtown.
