Guest of the day wasnt sure what that was about but it gave me an upgraded room because of it. Ill be rebooking here even if it was a one time deal the price was good and the level of noise being in the city was very low for being near the busy area. The front desk staff was great helped me with all my questions and made everything swift.

The pictures the have are completely Bogus. The room stunk and the flooring was coming up in the room, . My daughter had just had surgery and almost fell because of the flooring coming up. It was a horrible place, full of dogs.

Water was turned off for an hour without notification, so couldn't shower once turned on black water kept coming out. Slow elevator, room smelled like cig smoke, mold in the bedroom bathroom ceiling painted over. I wouldn't stay here again.

they did not have pool when the page it said yes they have a pool parking its bad and they charge $20 a night super dirty hotel my room the light from the bathroom did not work tv did not work ac did not work and they never clean my room pluse they dint have securities and homeless people sleeps in the lobby

Change/cancel info says charge for cancellation made after 6:00pm local time on June 6, 2025 are subject to property fee equal to first night’s rate plus taxes and fees. When I cancelled on June 7, 2025 I was told rate, taxes, and fees for full stay were non-refundable. Had you told me that on April 30, 2025 there would have been no reservation. Please refund the excess payment charged to my credit card.
