2/10 Terrible

DO NOT BOOK. There are constant train crossing alarms from 6am to midnight every day. The trolley and Amtrak both stop about 100 feet away and the alarms ring for minutes. They spend more time ringing than not ringing and they are LOUD. This is not an "urban noise" situation, this is just a horribly located loft with absolutely zero sound insulation. In addition to the noise, there is no deadbolt or chain on the door, which could easily be forced open. Also, in the off chance it rains, the place floods. Also, you can hardly get any light because the main windows are right on a busy street corner that stares right into the bathroom. The only positive I can give is that it does look like the pictures. We literally stayed at hotels multiple nights just to save our sanity from this miserable experience.
