The room and staff were great. I didn’t particularly like the parking situation and the access to the hotel was on a narrow one way street that wasn’t well lighted. Thats why the site lost a star.

Alarm clock went off at 6am with loud music. It was hard to turn off and couldn’t be unplugged. Tv had no signal message. Called desk and mgr came up. He messed with the clock, but couldn’t turn off the alarm setting, but said he turned the volume off- the buzzer went off the next must 6anywsy. He said wire off tv and he’d get maintenance, but no one came.

The staff on Saturday evening could’ve been nicer the morning staff on Sunday was good but the evening service was bad. Had to wait on breakfast on Monday morning because they ran out overall it was OK but it could be better.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet ADA accessibility needs. The front entrance consists solely of steps with no ramp, and there is no on-site parking. Parking is located around the block, which presents additional challenges for guests with mobility limitations.

the room was good, but we had trouble adjusting the A/C- it stayed at 65 F all night and we did not sleep well. The breakfast was great. Parking was around the corner and was an extra fee. The stay was fine.
