what didn't work
One blender was broken: the black bottom portion was cracked and unusable. when we tried to arm the alarm when leaving, the alarm wouldn't arm because it said a pool door was open. I reclosed them all, but it still said one was open, so there is a bad sensor or something. The pool was very cloudy, so none of us wanted to get in. It was a nice place to get together and talk though. The video room was great.

Wonderful family weekend.
Our family of 28,with ages ranging from 1 to 82 loved this place. The pool was an enormous hit. The theater was great for movies, games and meetings. The game room was in constant use. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The large tables in the dining area were perfect for eating and games. Great trails for walks and runs. We would definitely use this home again.

Exceptional family get together
We had a fantastic time at the Draper Pool House. Admittedly there were a lot of rules, but we deeply enjoyed our time together as a family. The pool is very deep. If there are non-swimmers, life jackets are a must. One e you get past the steps in to the pool it’s instantly deep water. The backyard is massive. Close to walking trails. If you come to cook, this place will be a challenge. The knives are dull and even the can opener didn’t work well-I don’t know how long it took to boil a pot of water for pasta, but it was more than 20 minutes. But it’s a great size home with lots of sleeping arrangements, awesome pool and the game room and theatre were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our week there!

Not quite a 10/10
The house was great with the pool being the highlight. It is, however, an older home that has been used well and hard. The rooms are very comfortable, the house is very spacious, and the location is great- a nice and quiet residential area. The interior is run down and you can tell the furnishings and such have been through some pretty rough groups. My only real complaint is that the attention to detail is a bit lacking. For as many people as it is advertised to house there was not a single frying pan in either of the kitchens, no salt, or even a pen to fill out the damage waiver required by the rental company. Also, every dish and utensil we pulled out of the cabinets and drawers were dirty and had to be hand washed before using. Frustrating. The amenities were perfect for entering our small group with air hockey, Bball shooting, watching movies, or swimming. We couldn’t figure out how to get the sauna to heat up. All in all a good vacation. 3.5 stars. Could be better with updating and a bit more attention to detail.

Very Cool House with Some Drawbacks
The house is huge and has almost everything you would need to have a fun time in. Bedrooms are spread out and well insulated sound wise from common areas, although the bunk beds creak loudly. There were some other drawbacks we noticed: -Sauna: there is a second door to the sauna which lets in a significant draft and the sauna will not warm up unless the draft is covered with towels. -Pool Rules: A pool rule that is not mentioned in the description is that if a door to the pool room is left open for more than 2 minutes a fine will be imposed. This makes sense due to the humidity of the pool room, but we think guests should be aware prior to arrival incase they are traveling with children who may forget. -Kitchen: While there are two kitchens in the property, neither is large enough to efficiently cook for a household of this size. Additionally, there is a strange assortment of cooking utensils (ex. we only found an assortment of stock pots to use the stove). Finally, the refrigerator appears to have been turned off prior to our arrival or otherwise failed, which we did not notice until almost $800 worth of groceries had gone bad, which the management company refused to reimburse.

Large but Old
This is a large property, and for our group size it was perfect. The house itself though is a bit run down on the interior. Cracked counters, lots of dust and mold, warping walls and door frames, etc. Some of the dishes in the pantry were extremely dirty. Somebody from the company came IN the house to take out the trash when we were not home without telling us. We tried to call to report damages with no success. We had one member in our party get a nail stuck in their foot due to a nail sticking out of the floor. Be aware. It's plenty spacious with a nice indoor pool, but other than that, pretty below average.
