Room was not clean, mold under the bathroom counter/ sink, floor had not be vacuumed in so long that my socks became dirty and dusty, smear on toilet seat. The most important thing when staying at a hotel is cleanliness. Doubt I will be back.

Staff was (five star) excellent! Very friendly and attentive to any of our needs. Facility is very clean and perfect for budget friendly family visits to SLC. Hot breakfast was tasty with a good selection: cereal, yogert, sausage, breads, eggs(immitation, but not bad). Walking distance to convention center, mall, Temple Square. Surrounding area is a bit rough, but walkable. Great hotel for families.

Rooms showed their age, but were nice enough and very clean. All staff were amazing. Free breakfast was robust. I've stayed at many places downtown SLC, you can't beat this price for what you get if you're okau nit staying at a fancy place.

This hotel was in walking distance to the delta center and was in an area that felt safe. The staff was always quickly available at the front desk and the breakfast had a lot of good variety. Would definitely stay here again!
