"Stay was quite enjoyable. The checkin process wasn't what I expected sadly. Bretta, at the front desk, did a super great job of handling the stressors of a busy holiday weekend accompanied with a short staff. Checkin was supposed to be around 3pm, however, my room wasn't ready until 6:15pm. That's my only complaint. They were nice enough to lower my room rate, so overall am not too sore about the issue."
