The staff wasn’t that pleasant and when we arrived to our room the guest next door had a dog that braked all night until 4am!!!! I went to the front desk around 9:30-10 pm at night to let the front desk know they we can’t sleep and to please move us, they didn’t move us or do anything to accommodate us at all !!!!!! When the guy was checking the room that had the dog he noticed they never let the front desk know about a dog or anything. He said he would call up to their room and it honestly didn’t even seem like he did that ! The dog kept barking and it wasn’t no little dog by the sound of the bark and honestly I don’t even think anyone was in the room!!!! We had enough of the barking and woke up at 4am and decided to leave at 5am to go do some Black Friday shopping since sleep wasn’t an option. We came back to the room and you could smell the dogs pee through the walls and doors. The smell was so bad and we did request late check out do to sleep but canceled and just left early. When I spoke to management they did nothing again to accommodate us or make the situation right. In fact one of the employees said of yea they have a pit bull, and both managers said the second floor wasn’t allowed to have dogs nor was it noted on file. I explained to them everything all they said was they were going to get a dog fee and cleaning fee which wasn’t helpful in my situation at all!!!! We will never be returning to this hotel again !!!! I highly don’t recommend staying here
