"The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding "

"The cabin was cozy, warm and welcoming! We rented both sides for an extended family stay which worked out well, having two kitchens and slightly separated sleeping spaces. But for those renting one side, it would work out just as well. The family room is located on the lowest level of each cabin but works out just as well. The cabin is located very close to a great playground and a very quick drive to shops and dining. Overall a great experience. The owner communicated throughout making sure our experience was the best possible which is greatly appreciated and provided easy to understand access and stay information ahead of time."
