This place is the absolute best. Our family of four has stayed at many different vacation rentals—we love to explore new places—and the Treehouse on Little Peak Creek farm is the one that we've all enjoyed most unanimously. The cabin itself is very cozy and had everything we needed for a week-long winter stay. The decor is beautiful and the cabin blends in wonderfully with its surroundings. The property is amazing—great hikes and striking views. Perfect for getting off the grid, getting some fresh air, relaxing, and recharging.And Ken was second to none as a host. He and his family provided us delicious fresh eggs from the chickens on the property (which the kids enjoyed visiting), and gave us an education on the bees he keeps, even providing my daughter with a beekeeping suit so that she could participate in the inspection. Ken checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, and even provided some recommendations on events that were happening nearby during our visit.If you're considering a stay here, don't hesitate! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We were lucky enough to come back, and fell in Love with this place even more. The hosts are beyond amazing, the Treehouse is beyond amazing, the serenity and peace is beyond amazing. It is absolute perfection.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The hosts thought of every little detail. When we arrived the treehouse was warm and cozy with holiday music playing softly in the background with a cinnamon bun and dog treat waiting for us on the counter. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and every bit of comfort was there if needed. The home was well stocked with anything you could need. The beds were so comfy and even had adjustable heaters for each person! The 83 acres of land were breathtaking and made you feel so relaxed just taking in the beautiful scenery. We visited West Jefferson and Lansing to shop and eat and enjoy drinks at the Old Barn Winery, Molley Chompers and a few of the local restaurants and breweries. I highly recommend staying at any of the properties here on there land. We will definitely be back in the spring to explore more!! Thanks Ken and Courtney for such amazing accommodations!

Went with my husband to celebrate his birthday. It was rainy and windy but it was the quiet time we needed. There was a birthday gift for him from the owners and all decorated for Christmas. They had a fire started for us upon arriving. Will go again next year for the forth year for the forth time.

This is the coziest rental that exists. The bathroom fireplace was my favorite part and my second favorite was the tree branch chandelier.

The treehouse was very cozy and comfortable. The place was incredibly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, and the entire treehouse was incredibly charming and well put together. The hosts even decorated for the holidays for an extra touch. Property was great. We will be back!

Beyond Incredible!!! The Treehouse, the property, the owners- all absolutely AMAZING!! Once you arrive, you do not want to leave this amazing place. Soft, cozy beds…spectacular views…incredible artistry. Ken, Courtney, Jack and Nora share their kindness, and go above and beyond for their guests. It is obvious how much they love this property, and inspiring that they are willing to share themselves, and this special place with others. Little Peak Creek Farm is much more than a vrbo- it refills your soul, it calms your mind, it reminds you what is truly important- family, peace, kindness…I will be back- again, and again, and again!!

This was our second stay at the treehouse and it did not disappoint. Tucked away on 84 acres the treehouse is a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern convenience. It was super clean and equipped with everything we need for a perfect anniversary weekend. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck and loved making s’mores on the bonfire on the chilly mountain evenings. The hosts were amazing and super responsive to our inquires. Looking forward to returning to Little Peak Creek Farm again in the future. Thank you, Ken and Courtney!

Stayed three nights. Always enjoyed being there. It was our sixth time staying at the Treehouse. The swinging bridge to the Treehouse was a safety issue and needs to be repaired. Also the bird/squirrel feeder needs to be filled. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Ken & Courtney are great hosts and a pleasure to stay with. The treehouse setting is a magical place, resembling a storybook fairytale house. The farm and trails are huge bonus to the stunning views from the summit where you can build your own campfire to watch the sunset over the mountains and see the night sky come to life with stars as far as the eye can see. The treehouse interior is super cozy and well furnished for short or long stay. We will back!

I brought my two dogs to enjoy some fresh air, nature, and long walks. The place and property looked beautiful from the pictures, sometimes that can be deceiving, however I was absolutely blown away. The photos don’t do it justice. I would like to start out by saying the hosts (Ken & Courtney) were very welcoming and thoughtful, that’s very apparent from the moment to you step into the treehouse. The property is absolutely breathtaking and so very peaceful. My favorite rental I have ever stayed in BY FAR. I really could go on and on about this rental but it would be useless because nothing I can write would do it justice. 10/10 recommend. You’ll leave with your battery recharged and heart full of love. Also, an enriching experience for your fur babies. I’ve ever seen mine happier! (You’ll be able to tell by how hard they sleep lol)P.s. we also drove down to a waterfall in the area (about 30 min away) I’m sure it’s a blast when it’s warmer out but still a cute photo opp and nice trail.

My husband and I had a quiet and very relaxing week at the Treehouse! We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the back porch! We had deer and visitors who visited us in the mornings! Beautiful property!

We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing space to spend our 1-year anniversary! Our stay at the treehouse cabin was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt so relaxed and at home. The cabin itself is beautiful, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our time extra special. Waking up surrounded by the trees was such a peaceful experience, and it truly felt like the perfect getaway. We loved the ambient lighting, sitting outside on the back porch having coffee every morning of our stay and unwinding with a warm bonfire at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we will definitely be booking a stay again in the near future!

Four days of heaven!

I’ve been delayed in reviewing our stay at the Tree House because in my mind, we’re still there! Talk about relaxing, a true getaway, even though we were active from sun up to sun down. Everything about our stay was perfect. Ken was the ultimate communicator, so friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions. He and his wife, plus their children, greeted us upon arrival and during our stay and even shared her homemade bread! The area is beautiful, 84 acres that felt like it was all ours. We brought our two small, apartment dwelling dogs with us and they’ve never been happier. The pictures of the property give a really accurate depiction of the property, but nothing compares to being there! We’ve gushed over the Tree House to anyone who will listen and are planning to go back again. Thanks again, Ken! We are so happy we found you!

Exactly as described! Perfect in every way for our mountain getaway. The details & style in the treehouse were lovely, down the the fresh flowers. Ken was awesome and gave us a 101 on his beehives! 10 out of 10 recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Amazing!!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was great with communication and the check in process couldn’t have been any easier. The property was absolute beautiful. We felt like we stepped into a magic world as soon as we drove in to the farm. The Treehouse was out of this world! Such charm, great views, very private and secluded. It was just perfect! We hope to come back again, as we simply couldn’t get enough of that place. So special!
