On-line the hotel looked so cute and had a cute rooftop. When we arrived there was a tacky sign over the hotel name so obviously the name had changed. I have never heard of a hotel charging their guest $10 a night to park in the parking lot. We will never stay here again. The lady working the front desk when we checked out was very rude.

The ataff didnt give us any information on where things were, such as the 7 pools where to get coffee. They werent very inviting. The pools were all cold.
