Proximity to Termini is perfect for catching the metro and trains to travel easily around the city. The hotel is clean, not cramped, and had all we needed for a two night stay. Our room had operable windows that provided light and airflow—no views since it overlooked an interior courtyard. There were USB outlets for charging electronics. (Yay!) The staff is friendly and helpful, and location felt safe despite the littered streets around it. There are restaurants nearby that locals patronized, which is a good indicator of the quality and authenticity of the food.

Room is good. Breakfast was well set up but for main dish as eggs and sliced hotdog every morning was depressing! Maybe they have to add some flavors to it. For sure there are some more better option that they can they can find and offer the customers.

Chic special hotel

Everything about this unique hotel was excellent. Location perfect, surrounded by friendly neighborhood restaurants, convenient to numerous types of public transportation for vacation travelers. Staff at Hotel, particularly Juliette was phenonomal. She went out of her way to make our stay the best and even after we left went throught a lot a trouble to find us because we had left medication behind. Highly recommend.

Good hotel. Bad service.

Well located, good room. However, we had an issue because we requested an airport transfer to be paid with credit card (we ran out of Euros). The taxi never arrived. The guy at the front desk called a different company, without telling me. The driver took us to the airport and when we arrived I gave him the credit card and he said he only accepted cash. I needed to go to an ATM inside the airport and it cost me a lot a money to get the cash.

Love the staff especially Julietta. She is very welcoming and warm. She gave us great orientation of the surrounding and Rome in general. The property is so close to Termini.. 3-5 minutes walk. Grocery is close by as well. I wanted to thank the housekeepers. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and good size in comparable to other places I’ve stayed at in Rome and has no room of staleness. It seems like it recently got refurbished. Julietta also helped us with our transportation set up for FCO since we had a very early flight. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome.

We had a very good stay at Yes Hotel! The location is convenient, just a short walk from Termini station, making it easy to explore Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay.
