Unusual find - great stay

An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

Self check in - which is fine but I didn’t realize this when I booked. A weird smell in the common area that was less strong but still present in the rooms. Sheets were okay but scratchy. Lovely place in a great area of Rome. A bit away from the action, but highly recommended, close to the bus and also metro lines. The area is safe and there is a little supermarket and an AMAZING cafe in the same building.

Seven Suites is clean, quiet, and has everything that is needed for a stay of a few days in Rome. The location is 2-3 metro stops away from many tourist destinations making the neighborhood an ideal home base for exploring the city while staying a bit off the beaten path. The bakery downstairs is amazing. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Testaccio!

Really enjoyed our stay at Seven Suites! Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the balcony. We wanted to be in the Testaccio area, and this was in a perfect location! And we appreciated how the staff arranged our private transfer to the airport on our last day.

Truthfully, I feel like I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were definitely quite hesitant walking into the building but once you get up to the floor, you will be truthfully amazed. Staff is typically not there so it makes it a little nicer in a more private experience for sure! The soundproofing in this place is absolutely so good. We truly thought we were the only people staying there for the first night until we met a bunch of other travellers. This place is located slightly outside of the city center, which makes it perfect for getting local authentic food without paying high tourism prices. So many amazing restaurants and businesses in this neighbourhood it’ll be a breath of fresh air coming back after spending a busy day in Rome. I’d highly recommend the cute little sandwich shop across the street from the church their sandwiches are truly to die for and such a good price as well as the café directly under the suites is truthfully amazing I cannot stress how amazing this hotel was and truthfully if you were staying in Rome or anywhere near, add this to the places you need to stay because just wow!!
