The pool was dirty and couldnt be used after 6.30pm and you had to wear a bathing cap and were not allowed to dive in???? The everning buffet was good

Hotel is quite a way out of the centre of town & you need to use the bus & Metro to get in & out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Clean & tidy. Breakfast good, never tried the bar or other meals, was in Rome, so ate there!

They advertised on Expedia that there was easy transportation access to downtown Rome. This unfortunately was not true. Transportation was a logistical nightmare. We ended up spending a fortune and taxi cabs. It would’ve been much easier to pay additional money and be in the center of town.

There was a movie being filmed at the hotel which was disruptive. Our air conditioning didn't work properly and the pool wasn't open during our entire stay.

Decent hotel, rude staff

Room was clean and shower was nice. Entire hotel staff is pretty rude and sarcastic. Stayed there for four nights and not once was greeted or smiled at, even at check in. Booked here since it was cheaper than stays closer to Rome but honestly wish I just spent the extra money to be closer to Rome and have better customer service. Good choice if you want to save money but the cost to get to Rome is pricey and inconvenient by public transit.

Not good location very difficult to get to .out of the way near a free way !!had to walk through a supermarket car park to get to hotel .the place was dead .no entertainment no iron available it's a 4 star charging 7 euros to iron 1 item breakfast was ok a transfer to the metro stop nothing to get back had to get on the bus then walk thru car park!!

Ok stay

The overall stay was good. The male receptionist was mean and unkind, but all the other staff was helpful. Please bring an adapter with you though. Their electrical plug is different from the one we use in North America and it may be difficult to get one to buy at the nearest shopping area close to the hotel.

Nice hotel, not far from Rome attractions

Good hotel and nice staff. Not far from main Rome attractions if you want to drive or hire a taxi. Taxi to Colosseum costed us only 20 Euros. The hotel is about 2-3 km from the Metro station, but it took us about 35 minutes to reach there by free shuttle in the morning traffic. The only annoying thing for me was that they do not provide irons!

the shower have black mold in the corners.

the service is great. the breakfast is included, is the best breakfast far a way the I had. You can request FREE cappuccino. The staff does not understand English that well.
