I really enjoyed my stay at P88 Guesthouse and I would definitely stay again.
The location was fantastic, Google maps says it’s 10 minutes from Termini, but it’s actually a bit less. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a mini market right next door.
The guesthouse itself is within a building with other guest houses, it’s big and old but well maintained. The lift was quick and worked well.
The communal area of the guesthouse has a water dispenser, which was great, I used it a lot!
My room was fantastic, it was clean and very spacious. It was decorated to a modern standard and had fantastic open-style storage for my luggage. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well.
The only thing letting the room down was that there was a large patch of black mould under the window, but when I brought it up with staff (through WhatsApp as the guest house is pretty much self service) they were really polite and said they’d fix it as soon as possible. It didn’t bother me much, I had the window open and I was out for most of the day!
I would have liked to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and somewhere to hang my towels in the bathroom, but it was no big deal.
Overall, a positive experience and I’m very happy i made the choice to stay at P88
