In the homepage it says rate for 2 people, but after I arrived with my friend there was an issue, the owner (I guess this Chinese couple who were there are owners) said it is only for one person. Instead of solving this situation in a polite manner as misunderstanding, I must say the way he treated us was not acceptable, he was so rude, he shouted at us and I have never felt so badly humiliated as a woman. It is an international hotel and he also refused to speak English with me. This hotel is more like one star hotel: Television is too small and it didn’t work, Wi-Fi also didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, they have there old dusty fan, even we informed them, they did nothing. Then whole bathroom needs to be renovated there was also mold in the shower. Our stay was a nightmare!

I wanted a place affordable close to the train station and it was close enough; about a 25 minute walk. Not much to offer in the neighborhood, however. Good clean hotel, and room with good facilities. On a main road so lots of street noise. However, I was given a room high in the back which helped. The staff (maybe owner's) we're all very nice and accommodating.

Simple but fine.

It was a simple but clean hotel. We were glad for the a/c. Staff was pleasant. No frills but we weren’t there to stay in the room. Neighborhood was not touristy and you were near a metro stop. It had all that we needed to sleep comfortably. It was perfect for our budget.

Very good value

The staff were very friendly. The room was larger than promised, and was at the side of the hotel so the noise of traffic was not too bad. A colleague in an upstairs room at the front found the occasional traffic noise bad without earplugs, but was very happy once he had bought some. Wifi in my downstairs room was non-existent but there seemed to be wifi on the upper floors. The breakfast is an extra 4 Euros, which is excellent value, with pastries, ham, cereal+milk, bread, jam, coffee, juice etc available. There is a metro station about a block away, so the location is pretty convenient though the area itself is nothing special for tourists. So apart from the traffic noise, the place is very good, slightly basic but clean and very good value.

Very bad place and utter rude staff

Very bad experience there. Out holiday was devastated because of this hotel. Hotel room was too dirty and it look like it was not cleaned for ages. A small sachet of shampoo and a very small soap was given for us (three people staying). In morning for breakfast, we found everything except some rolls were finished. These rolls were too hard to eat. We tried to speak with a lady at cafe and she denied to speak any english. In Italian she was talking rudely like she was swearing at us. Then I went to reception and said there is nothing in breakfast. He said go back to cafe and she will give you everything. I went back and same lady begun to look at us rudely. I tried to ask that where is somehting else to eat she begun to look other side ... Then I went to reception again and he called that lady. She said to that guy on reception (he translated in english for us) that we have eaten everything .. everythign was there ... i said she is lieing then she look like swearing at me in italian and from back room she took a tray full of crossiants and cakes (that she was hiding somewhere) and left in kitchen very rudely. We did a mistake to book this hotel ...

Worst experience we ever had ..

A worst experience we ever had in our whole life .. Hotel room was tooo dirty and toilet dirty too. We checked in last night at 11pm. In morning when we used shower first time, the waster was coming out due to blockage. There was a guy with beard on reception who blamed us for that leakage and he said he will charge us for that. After a long discussion and his rude beviour other guy at reception make him understand that we just checked in at late night and we are not responsible for that. At the evening it was fixed after a long wait and we were without toilet and shower for whole day. Please stay away from them ...

Loud and Old Rooms Hopeless Staff

This is not a hotel, just rooms in a commercial building. Rooms and bathrooms are very dated and not particularly clean. Rooms are loud at night despite double glazing because of street traffic. Worst of all, a maid woke me up at 9AM on a Sunday morning. She just walked into the room without knocking. I found a much nicer room with renovated bathroom near the Colosseum for 35EUR, almost half as much as this dump is asking. I recommend you stay away.

Gentilezza, pulizia e cura

Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile dal primo all'ultimo momento del soggiorno. Ambienti pulitissimi e piacevoli. Camera bella e curata, con decorazioni inattese e molto gradevoli, ottima climatizzazione e letto comodissimo. Stonano le bandiere lacere all'ingresso, ma non devono ingannare: appena entrati nel cortile tutto è molto curato.

Più volte mi sono fermato in hotel nella zona. Non ero soddisfatto per la mancata pulizia e le condizioni del bagno con cattivo odore. Qui invece ho trovato gentilezza, comodo parcheggio, pulizia della camera e del bagno. Posizione eccellente con fermata metro accanto.
