The rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, outdoor pool was nice. There is no beach front and the seaweed has taken over what is there. The common areas were not busy at all, this may be due to part of the resort being residential. Overall a good resort.

"Not the worst resort or the best resort. Felt like everything was an upgrade charge, especially for premium alcoholic beverages. Beverage promotions that we asked for over multiple days were not actually avaliable., For an All-Inclusive it felt it was only 80% All-Inclusive. Extra costs throughout for everything, food, booze, activities. No communication for any entertainment in nightlife, were forced to use an location specific travel cellphone App. The App was used for everything including asking for more toilet paper. Unless we have children traveling with us. We will always choose somewhere else."

"Overall, the experience was good. However, I was not impressed with the room—it did not match the pictures and could definitely use some remodeling and maintenance. The room had a noticeable old smell, which might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to odors. There was also quite a bit of noise coming through the door from housekeeping and people walking in the hallway. It wasn’t terrible, but since we had little ones the noise was sometimes disturbing, especially when they were trying to rest. On the positive side, there was a great variety of food and desserts. The environment was enjoyable, and the unlimited drinks were a nice bonus. The pool is quite large, but it still felt overcrowded. By around 10 a.m., all the poolside and beachside seats and umbrellas were already taken. "
