I wish I could have returned home the day I checked in. I was given a different room than I originally purchased, I was not greeted with any type of welcome drink, cool towel or even a smiling face. I was met with a dirty room, soiled linens, foul smell in room and broken tub. The service is beyond slow and it is very transparent that you are just a number at this resort! I was not spoken to kindly or treated with respect from several employees at this establishment. I can not express enough to not go any where near this resort if you can help it! Joy to mention upon checking out of the hotel this morning they held me against my will and refused to let me leave until I gave them a broken wristband that came off of my son’s wrist! It was a form of detainment and not allowing g my taxi to leave to the airport! This company needs to go out of business! And please don’t mention how terrible the food was in every restaurant and buffet. Upon returning home I’ve lost 6 pounds over my stay at this terrible company.

Loved our stay here! Would definitely go again. Excellent food and service. Negatives are smell in the buffet and not enough loungers at the pools and beach! Definitely room for more, annoying to play the towel at 6am game. Would return, huge, beautiful resort.

This property had the biggest nicest rooms I have stayed at in this area of Mexico room service was great . Maids did a great job staff was friendly. Negative parts were dirty glasses at most bars lack of alcohol always running out of stuff. Lack of glass wear . Food was pretty good for a resort .

The staff was mixed as far as super helpful and others were down right rude. We had to change rooms due to being placed in a single bed room despite being 4 people. We were told you had to make dinner reservations 2 days in advance but everything was already booked. How do you make reservations 2 days in advance your first day? My butler told me to order room service. Who goes on vacation to eat in the room? We got it handled but it was a struggle. The staff at the pools were great and the it all worked out. Luckily we are pretty easy going just enjoy being treated with respect.

Beautiful place, staff work so hard, food was great, pools wonderful. However the smoking on the property was not enjoyable at all very gross. And this was the first resort ive been to that didnt make the swim up bars adult only which made for some very not appropriate behavior in front of young children. Other downfall this resort is in the middle of no where and does not allow for uber to come pick you up so only option is a set cab ride price which was very expensive. I would recommend this place if you dont intend to leave it.

Amazing property, very lively, they have something or the other for all age groups almost all the time during the day. The pools are nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are very nice and upbeat. I would love to come back and would recommend booking an Ocean view room with terrace. The sunrise is magical.
