"The owner is wonderful very nice, very accommodating and communicates everything. The property is equally as amazing, quiet mornings with birdsong or an afternoon in the pool beating the heat and checking out all the architecture. Sunsets from the patio are also enjoyable or a thunderstorm show as well. It's a great distance to everything around while also feeling like you're away in nature. The casita is perfect size and has everything you'd want. The coffee was great! Parking and directions are easy, plenty of space in the yard to hangout and the privacy feels right. Very happy that I went with this charming property in this great neighborhood. "

"The views were outstanding. We had a welcome package, and a letter covering our stay. Plenty of room to pack away your belongings. AC works well. Gated and private. If you are planning to have anyone stop in for a visit, have your guests uber over as parking is limited. Oasis restaurant is in plain site. A hiking trail or staircase down to the water would be my only recommendation. Excellent place to stay."

"We try to vacay at least twice a year together where we can just chill and relax, talk and play games. We had trouble with getting the family room tv to show many shows since the apps on it were not familiar to any of us. That was our only issue. There is some deferred maintenance on the decks that need to be done. It didn’t affect our trip at all. The beds were comfortable for our old bodies. We are all 72 years old."
