Travelocity reserved at Richmond airport hotel a best western facility. Arrived to find hotel 3/4 closed for renovation I’d been changed to Hampton inn. The renovation and change caused much confusion and traffic issues to hampton inn. The Hampton Inn was excellent. Some notification of changes would certainly been appreciated.

Nothing good dirty no service very noisy no staff. Entrance was next to a big trash can.

The property is under major renovation!! There was no lobby and/or restaurant, thus no complimentary breakfast. We had to enter the hotel via a dark, side door. Room was clean but in drastic need of renovation.

It was.just fine, staff was on Point, no unexpected problems, bed was clean and co.comfortable, shower was nice. Plenty of hot water,, nice big room with nice sitting area.. will be nicer when restUrant opens but even so, for the price and convenience, i will definately stay there next trip.

We were unaware that the hotel is under renovation. When we arrived in the early evening, Dennis signed us in. He was helpful but very limited in what he could do or tell us. He told us we could get to a restaurant about a mile away but had no map. He suggested ordering out pizza as an alternative. We had no car and decided not to go out. He also had no area map, no TV guide and told us that there were no vending machines for either drinks or snacks. The room seemed clean but was in obvious need of repairs and updating. The room had no hair dryer and Dennis didn't have one we could take to use. There was no coffee/tea setup in the room. Fortunately, we were planning to stay only one night.
