Staff were really nice. I am beyond impressed. Bed is clean and extremely comfortable. The room is clean. Shower is amazing. I love that there is no longer a shower curtain! Glass doors. I was really concerned when I booked it but needed a place to stay close to the airport due to a flight cancellation that did not cost a lot. I could not be more impressed. I would definitely book in again.

Room keys were prepared awaiting my arrival. Had a problem getting into the room. Returned to the desk and the front desk staff person quickly fixed the keys but took the extra step to accompany back to the room to make sure I was able to gain access to the room. Appreciate the courteous staff!

Time 2 purchase new bedspreads & the foot place @ the foot of the bed i was placed in 1st room with a dark stain on bedspread & was told its not dirty, we bleach our items everyday. Was placed in anothr rm & same issue & it looked like someone had been sleepi g in the bed prior. The next day housekeeping didnt even come dirty we bleach our items eberyday. B

The stench of ammonia in the room was so overpowering that we both began to feel ill and had to leave the room less than 2 hours after checking in. We attempted to explain the issue to the front desk, but they did not understand. They offered us another room, but when we asked if they used ammonia to clean all rooms they could not understand or respond.

Studio 6 is a great option if you have an early morning flight out of Richmond. It is kind of a "bare bones" hotel (no breakfast, no microwave, etc.) but the room was very clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. It was all we needed and the price was amazingly low. We stay here each time we have the early flight out of the airport, which is only a couple of minutes away.
