This room was absolutely terrible. It was in such a terrible Condition I had to leave and immediately book another hotel. I tried to reach out to management for a refund and received no help. Will NEVER be staying her again. It smelled terrible. Was so dirty.

My room key would never work. This place needs to be updates. The carpet looked 20 years old. There looked like there was a big blood stain in my room. For what I paid, definitely not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The spread hair holes in them the curtains look very old and scary the bathroom door had no door it was completely off the hand and the washcloths and towels were very dark and dingy looking these motels have to do better nonetheless we are paying our hard earned money and we deserve the best

Not what we were expecting!

Unfortunately we didn’t had the best experience at this particular Microtel. First our room was already opened when we got there and it smell like somebody was smoking inside the room and the smoke detector was cover with a plastic bag. On top of that we didn’t had any towels, toilet paper and even no tissues. We have stayed on other Microtel and the experience was pleasant. But on this one we are never staying again.

This property looks nothing like advertised! The entry door on the side of the building stairs isn’t secure and anyone can walk inside. Updating is definitely needed, old and outdated rooms without working telephones which were extremely old! The hot water wasn’t working and the water pressure was terrible! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! I should have booked with the surrounding hotels.

Terrible experience.

The room was infested with thousands of ants. The carpet was wet by the air conditioning and the sheets were damp. The room was dirty as well as the bathroom. I checked out and moved to another hotel. When I complained about the ants I was given a bottle if Febreeze. And when the room became toxic, I asked for another room. I was informed that there were no available rooms and msybe I should leave.

Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights but the facility could use a lot of updates.
