This location was great for our purposes and we really enjoyed the humour of the place. The duckies are adorable. We found the room very comfortable. Our timetable was truly messed up by the airline delaying our flights by over 5 hours. We messaged the hotel many times but didn’t get a response. That was a bit of a bummer.

We had issue with the washroom flush and washroom door. Two days we had to use other room washroom and lobby washroom. No maintance till 7 am. The night staff were not helpful. The day time staff were very good and the manager gave us an option to upgrade.

Staf good to deal with on arrival. But enter room and only two cups as we we're a group of 4 . And no cutlery also very limited milk sugar etc for the price .we paid $392.51 CAD . For one night As we have stayed in other places though out canada and other countries for far less and for far more comfort .

Very nice place to stay. Staff were friendly. Great unlimited coffee. Very convenient shuttle service to and from airport. Quiet and because it’s an open space you don’t feel suffocated. We’ll recommend.

When you speak to the right reception staff they can be very helpful, oyr 2nd day we were told we could use the shuttle to & from the airport for the skytrain into vancouver was better than a taxi & quicker. Also had bikes that you can use so we took advantage & explored the area, we were given a map to follow.coffee etc available 24 hrs in reception. didn't like - no on site restaurant / hot tub due to maintenance during our stay.

Stayed for the afternoon awaiting a late flight departure. Shuttle worked perfectly, both ways. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received an early checkin. Our party of 4 chilled in our clean room until our 11:00 pm departure. Had lunch at the onsite restaurant. Good comfort food. Would recommend Accent.

Very plain for the price. Disappointed in service and coffee bar. No breakfast for the price.....I REALLY should have reconsidered booking here. Iron didn't work, I dropped it off at 7:30a, came back to my room 5p and wasn't replaced. Got a lonnnnng winded explanation from the counter women that "she fixxed it" after disappearing in the back for 3min. Told her that's impossible. Manager ended up getting me another iron which "was new". Full of scratches and scrapes, but "new". Wouldn't stay here again.
