Booked this hotel because of the ratings. The front desk staff was excellent, very kind. Got to our room and it smelled like someone smoked in it. The bed had stains all over. Called the front desk, again, they were great and switched us rooms. Got to the second room and it also wasn’t clean. Trash shoved in the corners doors and handles gross. For $183 I’m quite disappointed.

It won’t feel like you’re on vacation. It’s one of those hotels with bad plumbing. Our tub was clogged and that never feels like a vacation. We only stayed one night.

My go-to hotel in Reno

Great place to stay in Reno. Convenient, clean, simple and pleasant room, with a good gym and nice pool. Front desk was very accommodating about early check-in and special room request for top floor with walk-in shower. I've stayed at the Aiden multiple times and will definitely return.

Very nice property, room was clean and grounds and pool were well maintained. I gave Aiden by Best Western a 2-Star Poor Rating for check-in. I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed. At check-in around 3:45 PM, the front desk clerk stated they were sold out of the king size rooms. I reminded her that I reserved a king size bed because there were only two of us using the room, and I wanted a quiet room away from the double bed family rooms. Again, my room with a king size bed was already sold out and all they had were double queen rooms. I asked to speak with the manager, but that person was not available. So, I didn't get the room I reserved and there was no follow-up to reconcile the issue. We got placed on the ground floor next to a family who were screaming and bouncing off the walls until 11:30 at night. Now one day later and I still have not received any contact from the manager. So Aiden by Best Western will take your reservation and take your payment, but you may not get what you reserved.
