"The hotel is in a great location. The view was beautiful. You can see what cruise ships are in. The place was kept clean. The food was great. I read a review about the steps. Yes, there are so many steps and no elevator. That itself would get me to not stay again. I came across a couple of staff members who were not friendly, they were slightly rude. Because of this, I dinged them on the overall score. One waiter was not friendly. 2 front desk staff were not friendly. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a question. Once they gave me an attitude, I found another way to answer my question. The gentleman that sit outside to help were great. Very friendly and helpful."

"Was really surprised with how nice it was. I Had two rooms booked and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were like small apartments with different bedrooms in each and full kitchen in one and kitchenette in the other. Would definitely stay here again"

"St. Thomas Margaritaville – Honest Review St. Thomas Margaritaville has a few strong points, but unfortunately the negatives overshadow what could be a great stay. Pros: • The resort itself is clean, well‑kept, and visually appealing. • It’s excursion‑friendly, making it easy to get picked up for tours and activities. • The bar and restaurant food is surprisingly good, with solid menu options when the service cooperates. Cons: • The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and disorganized across multiple departments. Basic requests feel like an inconvenience to them. • There is no weekly room service, and even when you request it, it rarely happens. • Fresh towels and bedding are not delivered in a timely manner, sometimes not at all unless you repeatedly follow up. • Restaurant service is slow, inattentive, and often rude, which ruins the otherwise good food. • The beachfront is dirty, poorly maintained, and essentially unusable, which is disappointing for a Caribbean resort. • The resort adds unauthorized charges to your credit card, with no explanation. You have to constantly monitor your account and dispute charges, which is stressful and unacceptable."

"The property was in a fantastic location. Beach front was amazing. The rooms were clean. Food was very good. Service at the bar was great. Pool was nice but needed some cleaning and curb appeal. The staff was great. The location was perfect to go sightseeing. It is not the Ritz but great resort for the price. We will definitely go back!"
