No service coffee was late in the morning no water ever sent to our room when requested. No one was in charge. It is frustrating when they charge $85 a day for these services. It was clean and they cleaned our room daily but never replenished our complimentary expresso even when requested several times. They are only staffed correctly when the cruise ships are in port which seemed strange. Oh and the food is not good at all.

Room was nice, but wish we had a better view. It said we had a “garden view”, but it wasn’t anything other than looking at the road and some trees. Pool was so nice. All staff were super friendly, but get used to “island time” because no one is in a rush to serve you. Great beach and views of the ocean from most spots on the resort.

loved the Buoy House. and rooms were great Staff and room was perfect Limited dining options Had to go off property for several meals. It was off season so maybe that had something to do with it but otherwise it was fantastic

The rooms were clean. The staff was excellent and helpful. The only thing I did not enjoy was Isla Blue restaurant. We preferred to dine out and taste the food of different restaurants on the island. All were great!

My goodness, where do I start? Lia (Resort Host), Kristal (Event Coordinator Manager),Tyeisha (Check In), Katelyn (Bar Tender), Brandon (Red Hospitality Transportation), and a host of other staff members were fantastic!! They made our 25th wedding anniversary perfect. There were so many hiccups with our flight that caused a domino effect of issues, but the staff 100% fixed all issues that arose. The room, grounds, restaurants, staff, and lobby were superb. The private beach was clean, and relaxing. We also had access to the Westin hotel next door with free shuttle to and from. I will definitely be back with my family. Keep doing a great job Buoy Haus!! Thank you so much for all that you did to make our Silver Jubilee a memorable one.

I think the hotel overall is very nice. The weather was great. The service was ok in some departments and not so good in others. Front desk staff and bell boys were great but I felt like the waiting staff at the restaurants weren’t up to par. The Salt Shack specifically I went to about 3 times and all 3 times I waited over and hour just to get the appetizers. How long does it take to make a salad or oysters on ice and serve, and when asking my server about the delay she gives me an Attitude that was very wrong of them.

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! We had such an amazing experience and the staff was so incredible and truly made it such a wonderful honeymoon for us! They greeted us with champagne and fresh fruit in our gorgeous villa on day one to congratulate us and we felt so taken care of the whole time!!
