The listing says that "some noise may be heard - especially on weekends." There is no 'may' here, the noise every night of the week, until 4:00am, is outrageously loud. The continuous, nonstop rancor from the bars below is relentless and awful. Yelling, screaming, screeching karaoke is ok if you party until until 4am, but intolerable if you don't. The host brought us a noise machine, but with that, ear plugs, and the a/c on high, we still couldn't sleep.We moved out half way through our 4 week stay to a quieter location. The host kept our money and proceeded to rent to someone else. After continuously requesting a full refund on our unused nights, the host finally offered up a 50% refund. Additionally, the VRBO CARE happiness guarantee apparently means nothing since they too have not been helpful in securing our justified refund. Please be forewarned, the unit is nice, but the noise level every night is relentlessly horrible.
