Condo increíble ubicado en el piso 15 del lujoso complejo frente al mar de Icon Vallarta, esta propiedad moderna y única tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones perfectas.

El condominio está completamente amueblado y cómodo; Una envoltura alrededor de un balcón privado con cuna al aire libre, mesa y sillas para disfrutar de las vistas al océano, el puerto deportivo, los cruceros y las montañas.

El dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama tamaño king, ropa de cama, escritorio, lámpara y espejo para las damas. The apartment had amazing views, it was very comfortable the facilities in the complex were excellent and very well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. The only thing I gave four stars was the location as there’s not that many great restaurants close so it does require getting an Uber but there was a good supermarket within a short walk form the ICON.

Million Dollar View

This condo was well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The location is excellent within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Taxis readily available for a trip to the The Marina, Malecón or just around town. Contact with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, we enjoyed for two weeks.

ICON Vallarta Condo as advertised!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the ICON Vallarta. From Betzy's personal welcome to the nicely decorated unit it was a great retreat. The binder in the room explained everything clearly. There were lots of little touches, a well stocked kitchen, curtains for privacy, nice balcony furniture and a great view (loved seeing whales from the balcony). Loved the heated pool. We wished the water pressure was stronger and that there was more sun on the balcony. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Met All Our Needs

Going to Puerto Vallarta we wanted a place to de-stress and enjoy all that PV and the condo facilities have to offer. We didn't want to deal with condo or booking surprises during our stay (no drama). I'm happy to say that this unit delivered on all counts. All was explained to us prior to arrival. Upon arrival, there was a representative there to greet us (nice!). We were taken to the unit with all of our initial questions answered. The place was immaculate, nicely furnished, with lots of dishes, cooking utensils, and the like. Was easy enough to connect with any questions we had along the way. All in all, it felt like "home" (as it should be).For a quality, no surprise experience, we would highly recommend this unit.Thank you Betzy & Francisco for making our stay special.

We have stayed at the Icon 3 times over the last 7 years and this was hands down the best property we have stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Bed was comfortable Both indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable. Betzy was always available and responsive to the few questions we had. Have booked for 2025 already.

Beautiful!

My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and loved the condo! Has everything, I think, anyone would require. Watching sunsets was spectacular! The unit and property were very well kept. The only complaint is that the pool was too warm to try and cool off much on those hot days. Will definitely see if the unit s available when we return. Icon Vallarta get away

The property is located a bit out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vallarta which for us was ideal. There was a full grocery store within 5 minutes and great restaurants nearby. A very secure property and the unit was clean, well equipped and superb views. Very comfortable and met our expectations. Only good things to say about our stay

Overall a great experience at the Icon in this unit. Betzy and Fransisco were the perfect hosts, equipped with lots of information (the binder in the room was our BIble :), timely responses and great recommendations. The only thing that was a bummer was that the gym is only open prior to 4pm for non residence guests. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer. Other than that, condo was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, well decorated. PERFECT! Definitely our favorite unit we have rented in Icon so far.

Don’t miss this gem

This apartment is as close to perfect as you can get. Exactly as described - beautiful views, well designed and containing everything you might possible need. The host was very responsive. The Icon itself is very secure and has a huge pool, hot tubs, a gym and a lovely beachfront with bar and lunch service (and the food was good!) There are a few restaurants around the immediate area, but most of the restaurants and lively neighborhoods ( Versalles, Centro, Romantic Zone ) are a 15-20 minute cab/uber ride away (but they are inexpensive and plentiful.) This was the only drawback to the location. Highly recommended.

Voyage du temps des fêtes

Bel emplacement du condo. La propriétaire nous a accueillie chaleureusement et nous a fait visiter le condo lors de notre arrivée. Les photos sont très représentatives du réel. Une partie de la vue donne sur les montagnes et l'autre sur la mer. Nous avions une belle vue sur la marina ainsi que les bateaux de croisières. Je recommande mais le seul point un peu décevant...il y a beaucoup de restrictions à la plage et la piscine, pas de coussins sur les chaises à la piscine et ceux-ci doivent rester à la plage, interdit de bouger les chaises à la plage, le temps maximum alloué pour les lits à la piscine est de 2 heures. De façon générale nous avons apprécié notre séjour en décembre. Nous le recommandons.

Wonderful property!

This was a great apartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Amazing views from every part of the condo. The wrap around deck is amazing with views of the ocean beach and PV skyline . The Ivon staff were wonderful and the pool and beach access were terrific. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay at the ICON

This condo was very clean and well kept. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the city and ocean. The sunset and sunrise views were incredible. The staff at the ICON (thank you Margarita) were amazing. Thank you so much for making our visit memorable 💗
