Everything was good but air conditioning system. It was cold during my stay. When I switched on the air conditioning system, it generate bad smell like plastic burning.

Property and room is showing its age. Carpet had tears and tile in bathroom was missing grout. The fitness center's A/C wasn't working so it made for an uncomfortable experience in summer. Room was a good size, staff was friendly, and there were many restaurant options given its proximity to BYU.

The staff person at registration was efficient. The hotel was in poor repair. Carpets stained in bedroom. The most unsatisfactory experience was breakfast. Staff attending gave no attention to dirty tables (listeneing to videos on phone). Eggs and sausages not heated - were cold. Needed to ask for hot coffee. Carpet in breakfast area was very dirty. Unsatisfactory stay.

This hotel does not deserve the Marriott Fairfield name. Feels more like a super 8 converted to a Fairfield inn. Sink area was super small. Barely big enough for the sink itself.

Descent place with larger breakfast than expected. Double bed room had enough space. Tub/shower combo. Beds were fine for 30 year old, not comfy enough for senior. Parking can be tricky when they are really busy. 2 day stay overall was fine.

Horrible smell in the room. Could not identify. Woken by unsolicited front desk call, woken again by maid service before we were awake, TV had alarm set to come on auto which also woke us up. We had a long day traveling the day before and wanted to rest before hitting the road again. Road noise SO LOUD all night. Staff was great though.
