Great house, plenty of space

This house was in a quiet neighborhood and was walkable to the beach, although it is also an easy drive to Leeward beach where we always found plenty of parking.The house was as advertised, we had no issues, great find!

Amazing Christmas vacation!

We traveled with our adult children over Christmas. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! Kenneth gifted us a special Xmas gift box upon arrival which we thought was very welcoming. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. It featured a really nice kitchen and we cooked many meals there. The house is very close to Grace Bay and the ferries to North and Middle. We spent every day snorkeling and exploring the whole area. Had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay there again.

The Cozy House

The house was great and met our needs well. We enjoyed our coffee and late night cocktails in the gazebo. Very short drive to Grace Bay Beach. Difficult to navigate to property in the dark due to the lack of signage but once we found it we were good. Very prompt communication with the owner.

Comfortable accommodation at the Cozy House

This property was like home - clean and with everything we needed to enjoy a home away from home in Turks and Caicos. We made use of the BBQ, washing machine, and equipped kitchen. Kendrick was helpful and responsive to our queries.

Dive house vacation

The house was very comfortable and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Close to Grace Bay. House is not in walking distance to the beach if you are looking for that. The beach is a short drive away.

Fit our needs perfectly

We had plenty of space at Cozy House and took advantage of the kitchen compared to a standard room at a resort. The location is near by Grace Bay where there are plenty of restaurant choices, a big grocery store, pharmacy and shops. Kendrick was very prompt in responding to my questions before and during our stay. We enjoyed it.

Pros: Property was very clean. It is in a great location with easy access. Cons: (just one) bring plastics ziplock bags for your snacks (the ants will get into your food). Otherwise, will stay again. Thank you Mr. Kendrick for allowing my family access to your place, we enjoyed it.

Great location - nice house

The house is very comfortable and private. Full kitchen allows you to cook at home after a nice beach day. Owner is very responsive and willing to help answer any questions. A few bugs, but nothing that would scare you off. This was my 10x at TCI and I would stay here again.

The house was great, a few bugs, nothing concerning, kitchen is well stocked, and the house overall was lovely! Washer and dryer were a godsend! Stuff is expensive on the island so being able to cook was wonderful!

Cozy "cozy" house

Nice house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything you need for a pleasant stay for vacation, business trip or a long weekend. House was clean and comfortable. You do need transportation and if so you are minutes away from the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Host checked in on us regularly asking if we needed anything and if all was ok. Enjoyed the accommodation and would use again if possible.
