I’m always nervous about booking a new place online but since over 2000 people gave this resort an excellent rating, I booked it. I am happy to report that they were right! The resort was well maintained inside and outside. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Rooms were clean, well equipped and our ocean view was stunning. Access to the beach was an easy 1 minute walk and there were plenty of beach umbrellas and chaises. I highly recommend this resort.

Our week-long stay at Ocean Club in December 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and effortless, setting the tone for a relaxing vacation. The entire resort is spotless—our room was super clean, and all public spaces were being thoroughly maintained throughout the day. The overall atmosphere is calm and peaceful with no noise disturbances, which we really appreciated. The food is outstanding, with every meal exceeding expectations. We had the best stay! The beachfront condo we stayed in was huge and so clean! Staff were all amazing and helpful. We had some car trouble and they helped us navigate that as well. The beach is beautiful, restaurant was delicious- perfect stay.

Everything we wanted and expected from our Turks and Caicos vacation. Appreciated all the staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Loved our room and the kitchen, and the balcony with the ocean view was perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a drink. The food in the beachfront restaurant was pretty good, we tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also, the shuttle to the Ocean Club West was very convenient to get to the center.
