The majority of the staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, did not show up on time, and tried to convince us not to use the childcare services. The beach attendants showed up late and wouldn’t rent us equipment because they said they wanted to go home early…. Why choose to be in the customer service industry if you are going to treat your customers poorly. We will not be back. PS the water is gorgeous.

Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant. A few staff members at the pool were not warm and welcoming. They seemed frustrated at times. Otherwise the service and staff in all other areas of the resort were amazing. It was a great vacation overall for our family.
