Amazing property with outstanding service. We had a major issue with miscommunication for a special amenity delivery. But when they made it right, they made it right. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped with amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property itself is pristine and easy to get around. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Only downside was that the food wasn’t all that terrific and insanely expensive.

Easy access to the beach with plenty of beach chairs. Wonderful staff and cleaniness. Great onsite restaurants, expensive but comparable to other eateries. Great breakfast and omelette station. I had a private car service from the airport but would just rent a taxi or even just rent a car to explore the beauty of the island. Would definitely stay again.

We were there 7 days and you couldn’t ask for a better place. Room service was awesome, food was great, beach and pool service too notch. Very clean room and grounds. Also very safe don’t believe the news. Spa service and excursions were also great.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino waiter was excellent!
