Great location for snorkeling. The property was well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. Our room was on the second level just above the restaurant by the pool and, therefore, was a little noisy during the time staff was preparing and/or cleaning up at the beginning and ending of the days. Staff was helpful and friendly. It would be nice if the hotel offered free shuttle services to the grocery store and/or areas outside the resort for shopping, as taxis were a little expensive for short trips and charged per person. We booked several excursions through the hotel and had good experiences with all but one of the companies. The rooftop bar in the new building was not open and available to us during our stay. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing stay at the Windsong.

Spacious Room. Lowest level so the view wasnt perfect but you could still see the ocean. Super convenient - beach is 2 min walk from the room. Included breakfast is choose only 3 items (english muffin, yoghurt, bagel, cereal, oatmeal, fruit). All others are at cost - reasonable, but why not just include them in the breakfast?? Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely go again.

We upgraded our room to have beach front and ocean views. We had never been so we were going to do it right. Our room was beach front and had perfect views of the ocean. We loved that the resort was quiet. It is right next to the coral reef preserve. A lot to see when snorkeling. The staff, and everyone in Providenciales, were so nice. Room was kept clean and they went above and beyond for us. We felt very safe and will definitely go back again!

At dinner they sat me on a soaking wet cushion so was wet my entire dinner. Tv was broken in the room for 90 mins while I waited for maintenance to come and respirator (he was very nice and respired within 20!mins) requested a late check out which they agreee to so I could

My stay at this property was over all pretty good,the weather held up for the most part. The beach front access was great and the water was so amazing! Didn’t care water sports area as much, due to the personal seemingly not wanting to be available by label the beach conditions as a red flag! Which didn’t get because the water were calm for the most part! This was a good experience and I’d recommend it!

My overall day here was wonderful! I truly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and the staff’s willingness to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about at this resort. I will definitely recommend it to others and can’t wait to come back. It’s convenient to get to nearby areas, and overall, I’d rate my stay a 10 out of 10. Shout-out to Gary—Gary, we will not forget you!

Simple luxury touches, excellent friendly staff, impeccable grounds and amenities. Great beach access , limited dining options but when we did eat at the restaurants the food was very good.
