The room was great, hotel was in an excellent location and easily walkable to Broadway. Check in was very easy, hotel kept our bags for us since we had an early flight so we could explore. Bed was very comfortable, AC was ice cold and bathroom was laid out well. Would definitely recommend!!

Tried canceling stay weeks ahead of time , got no acknowledgement. Went to insurance and was told that I needed a Doctors excuse to cancel. I thought that is why we pay extra for the insurance, is to get our money back without all the hassle.
