I called a week before my check in to confirm our room would have 2 beds. Was confirmed for 2 beds but they told me to call day of to be sure. Called day of, confirmed again we would have 2 beds with no issues. Arrived to be told they only have 1 bed rooms and we are out of luck.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, which it was. However, they did not have a poo area. Had to walk up a block and use the grass median of a street. There was a closer one at the next door hotel, but it was gravel ( no grass) and the doggos wouldn’t do their thing. Other than that the accommodations were excellent!

Although we’d reserved a king bed room, months in advance of our stay, we entered our room to find 2 double beds. We went back to the front desk and were told there were no king rooms and Expedia oversold king rooms. We were given 2 drink coupons. For a room booked months in advance at nearly $600/night with parking, we expect to have the room type we booked or at least tell us at check in, offer a discounted rate, etc.
